About the book
I personally have no dislikes about the book it’s a worth to buy for me atleast.Mudras have been an integral part of many Hindu and Buddhist rituals. They are used extensively in Yoga, meditation and dance. Across various disciplines it is said that there exist close to 399 mudras. The thing I disliked about the book was it was having a limited number of mudras. mudra is a gesture or seal used in yoga. The book is having printed gestures as well as explantions it’s not like a religious book but a book to learn and get introduced to mudra, now I use mudra in my day to day life frequently and it gives me peace of mind.

Awesome Book
Very happy to read, it has rich source of information, not just how to keep mudra, besides it explains how and what happens inside our body and how it benefits in healing + author shares many things, and a good number of affirmations. A WONDERFUL BOOK. I JUST LOVED IT.

Well explained
It’s a great book explained well and simple to follow. More photos of various mudra positions would have been helpful.

Good Book to Start
I was very excited when i ordered the book to learn all about mudras. I was quite satisfied when i started reading the book,it is very nice how the author has explained about our hands and mudras connected to our bodies and various other ancient sciences. The visualizations and meditations are a good guidance too. However, as i progressed i realized the author has not clearly mentioned the limitations of the mudras or its counter-effects which are very essential as you can immediately experience them. Further i found an important mudra- surya mudra missing.I would say its a good book to be introduced to mudras and get a hang of it.

Not good as hyped by reviews
Its a very basic book with very little knowlege on the mudras.Over hyped by people. Its for foreign people. There are much better books with visually and theoretical discrptions.Text is exteamly small .

Didn’t meet my expectations
The book didn’t meet my expectations, it has very basic content on mudras. Quality of the physical book also looks cheap. Overall not not satisfied with the way auther has explored mudras and their benefits.
